Summer Sunsets @ Countway: An Open Research Forum

Summer Sunsets @ Countway: An Open Research Forum In-Person

On Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:30pm join Countway for our "Summer Research Seminar Series". These sessions will be an open forum for students, postdocs and other biomedical and public health researchers on the Longwood campus to meet informally and share current and proposed research activity.

From Countway's 5th floor where the sunset behind Mission Hill can be quite lovely, this weekly forum will introduce topic and conversation to help guide and motivate your research during Boston's many summer time distractions.

Navigating the research databases within the vast collection of the Harvard Library, as well as discussing ways to formulate expert search strategies, integrate proper citation and data visualizations, as well as preparing a manuscript for potential publication will be addressed throughout this 8 week series.

Come meet and share conversation with other international researchers who will be passing through campus this summer, enjoy an opportunity to meet others passing through campus this summer, and have fun while learning some "best practices" in searching for information and data that will help support your research projects. [Afternoon coffee, light beverages, and snacks will be provided]
