Better Research V: Active Data Management with DMP Tool Online

What: Join this workshop to ensure your research projects are set up for success by writing a Data Management and Sharing (DMS) Plan before data collection begins! We will introduce you to the DMP Tool to help write your Plan, for both federally funded research grants and internal projects at Harvard.

Why: Institutions and funders require making data associated with research available to the community. The DMP Tool helps support compliant and machine-actionable data management plans, to help streamline and maximize your research workflows.

How: This is a free 1.5-hour online workshop, consisting of lecture, demonstrations, and discussion. This class will focus on using the free platform DMP Tool to write, share, and publish your DMS Plan. The webinar recording will be shared with all who register.

Where: Online via Zoom (link provided upon registration).

Who: This seminar is open to faculty, research staff, postdoctoral researchers, and students from all disciplines. There are no prerequisites or assumptions of knowledge. Online webinars are open to the public research community.
