Online Workshop: Practical Presentation Skills (Session 4) - The Job Interview (Presentation Endurance) In-Person

This informal group is for students, postdocs, and affiliates of the Longwood Medical community who would like to practice their oral presentation & conversational skills. This workshop focuses specifically on the job interview.

Job interviews can be extremely stressful affairs - but they don't necessarily have to be. You should focus on presenting yourself as the intelligent, accomplished individual that we all know you are, while also demonstrating why you're such a strong candidate for the job. This may feel doable for short periods of time, but job interviews can stretch over a day, or go for even longer. Think of job interviews like a marathon, not a sprint.

Join us to brainstorm and strategize ways that you can present yourself in the best possible light, practice answering interview questions, and asking some questions of your own!

We will use the ZOOM web conferencing platform to conduct this workshop.

Please register below, and the instructor will email you an invitation to join our online workshop. (The invitation will arrive in your Inbox approximately 10 minutes before the class is to begin.)
