With Residency Interviews in full swing during this time of the semester, many in the HMS community are well aware of the unique combination of stress, anxiety and optimism that the process entails.
Midway through interview season, it’s a good time to pause, reflect and review to ensure you’re showcasing your strengths, asking the right questions to assess "goodness of fit" with the program, as well as anticipating how to address some inevitably "difficult" questions.
